Customer Service Representative

We're CRF Consultants, a US-based credit repair and business funding company helping clients fix their credit and reach their financial goals. We're growing fast and need a reliable customer service rep to join our remote team.
What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to client emails and SMS messages in a friendly, professional tone
Answering questions about dispute progress, billing, and account status
Updating client records in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and Credit Repair Cloud
Following up with clients to keep them engaged and informed
Escalating complex issues to our team leads
Following our SOPs and templates (full training provided)

Requirements:

FLUENT written and spoken English – this is non-negotiable. You'll be talking to US clients daily
Customer service experience (credit repair, financial services, or US-based clients a big plus)
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and backup power/internet
Available to work US Eastern Time hours
Detail-oriented, follows instructions, and communicates proactively
Experience with GoHighLevel or Credit Repair Cloud is a plus, not required
