Job Description:
We are a growing company looking for a reliable, professional, and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a 100% work-from-home position. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive fast, friendly, and helpful support.Because we value great talent, we are offering a premium rate of $6.00 per hour for this long-term, remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.Maintain accurate customer records and log interactions accurately in our helpdesk software.Collaborate with internal tea ---------- mbers to escalate complex issues when ---------- et or exceed daily performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements and Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or virtual assistant ---------- munication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent for voice calls).Technical Skills: Experience using standard helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is highly preferred.Work Setup: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) with a backup power/internet solution for power outages.Environment: A quiet, distraction-free home office setup with a noise-canceling headset.Shift and Schedule:Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)Time Zone: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
