Customer Service Representative (Voice-Based | U.S. Clients)
Full-Time | Remote | Monday–Friday
Salary: PHP 28,500/month
We are a growing U.S.-based company looking for a professional, voice-based Customer Service Representative who can confidently communicate with American callers.
This role is 100% phone-based, so excellent spoken English and clear pronunciation are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
Near-native English fluency (spoken and written)
Neutral / American-style English pronunciation
Clear, confident speaking voice that is easy for U.S. customers to understand
Strong listening skills and ability to respond naturally in conversation
Professional phone presence (polite, calm, friendly, confident)
Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural—not robotic
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Prior customer service, call center, or receptionist experience preferred
This role requires frequent interaction with U.S. callers, so clear, neutral English pronunciation is critical.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from U.S.-based customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
Transfer calls or take messages when appropriate
Maintain a professional, friendly tone at all times
Log call details accurately
Work Schedule & Compensation
Full-time: Monday–Friday
Salary: PHP 28,500/month
