JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
Operators are bleeding revenue from missed calls, CRM chaos, and admin pulling managers off the floor — this role fixes that cleanly. You own the entire customer communication lifecycle so location managers stay focused on growth, not inbox triage.

What You'll Actually Do

1. Own inbound/outbound coverage across phone, email, SMS, and chat — no channel left hanging
2. Manage appointments end-to-end: scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, reminders, light service recovery
3. Keep CRM/help desk notes, tags, statuses, and follow-up tasks clean and current
4. Handle routine franchise admin so managers stay locked on operations
5. Run escalations (billing, complaints, franchisee issues) per a clear SOP set at onboarding

Qualification:
1. 3+ years in customer-facing or admin support roles
3. Handled 60+ customer interactions/day for 6+ consecutive months
3. 2+ years on Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar CRM
4. Willing to undergo necessary training assessment as part of the recruitment process.
5. Professional home office setup and reliable internet
