Customer Service Representative (CSR) – U.S. Pest Control Industry Experience Required

We are a growing U.S.-based pest control company in Eau Claire, Wisconsin looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team long-term. We are specifically seeking someone who already understands the U.S. pest control industry, preferably with experience working with companies located in the Midwest.
This is not an entry-level CSR position. We need someone who can confidently communicate with customers, understand pest control scheduling and service terminology, and work efficiently inside our CRM Fieldwork HQ.

Requirements
MUST HAVE:
Previous experience working for a U.S. pest control company
Experience using Fieldwork HQ CRM
Clear and professional spoken English
Strong customer service skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work during U.S. business hours
Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred:
Experience supporting pest control companies in the Midwest U.S.
Understanding of recurring service schedules
Experience handling:
inbound calls
outbound follow-up calls
scheduling/rescheduling
customer retention
service inquiries
technician coordination

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls professionally
Schedule and reschedule pest control services
Manage customer accounts inside FieldRoutes
Handle billing and service-related questions
Communicate with technicians and office staff
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Maintain accurate notes and records
Help deliver a high-quality customer experience
