We're looking for an organized, outgoing, and caring Customer Success Manager to join our growing online barber coaching team.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST US TIME
40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities:
Call and text students throughout the day.
Check in with students to keep them accountable.
Ensure students complete their modules and assignments.
Follow up with inactive students.
Answer student questions and direct them to the right resources.
Track student progress inside Skool and Notion/other platforms.
Encourage students to attend coaching calls.
Report students who may be at risk of quitting or requesting refunds.
Celebrate student wins and collect testimonials.
Work closely with the owner to improve the student experience.
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable making phone calls.
Strong communication and people skills.
Highly organized and dependable.
Fast learner with attention to detail.
Customer service or coaching experience is a plus.
Stable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet workspace.
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping students succeed. This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow as our company expands.
Hourly Pay: Starting at $3-$4/hour (based on experience).
