We’re looking for a creative video editor to help us create high-performing organic short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels.
What You’ll Do
* Edit short-form product videos (15–60 seconds)
* Create multiple versions of the same footage using different hooks and storytelling angles
* Test new voiceovers, music, pacing, captions, and openings
* Re-edit our existing footage into fresh creatives
* Research competitors, trends, and winning ads for inspiration
* Share creative ideas to improve future videos
What We’re Looking For
* Experience editing short-form videos for social media
* Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and music selection
* Strong understanding of hooks and viewer retention
* Able to make videos feel natural rather than like traditional advertisements
* Willing to experiment and continuously improve
* Strong English communication
* Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
* Motion graphics
* AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, CapCut AI, etc.)
* Experience editing Meta or TikTok ads that generated strong results
We want someone who enjoys asking:

* How can we make the next version even better?
You’ll work closely with us to build a library of winning creatives by continuously testing new ideas and improving what already works.
