I'm not hiring someone to take orders. I'm hiring a partner to sit beside me and help own the thing that drives this entire business — the creative.

We're a performance-driven DTC brand, and creative is our whole game. We win by shipping high-volume, high-quality ads, reading the data, and iterating relentlessly until something prints — then pouring fuel on it. We're not guessing our way forward. We're a testing machine, and creative is the engine.
Why this is worth your time
This is a high-ownership seat. You're not going to be micromanaged or handed a checklist — you'll take real ownership of the creative strategy function and make decisive calls. I want someone I can hand a problem to and trust to solve it without me hovering.
You'll work async-first with weekly calls, from wherever you are in the world. The pace is fast, the feedback loops are tight, and the upside is real: competitive base plus performance bonuses tied to what actually works. If you're senior, hungry, and tired of brands that won't let you actually run, this is the room.
What you'll actually be doing
Own and lead end-to-end creative strategy for performance marketing — insight ? concept ? iteration
Build a consistent testing pipeline that turns learnings into fresh concepts week over week
Analyze ad performance independently, find the winning variables, and turn them into clear next moves
Develop and refine UGC storytelling and short-form performance concepts (40–60s) built to convert
Ship a steady volume — around 10–15 new creatives a week — without dropping quality
Write and sharpen hooks, angles, and scripts dialed in for conversion and retention
Partner with me on testing priorities and creative standards — and make the whole function faster and better
Who you are
Senior in DTC/eCommerce creative strategy with a real performance-marketing focus
You've worked with 7–8 figure brands and built creative that sustained 6-figure monthly ad spend
You can take the wheel and lead with minimal hand-holding
You read performance data and iterate without waiting to be told
You can collaborate — elevate the function alongside an existing strategist, not fight for territory
You can hold the 10–15/week cadence without the work getting sloppy
Strong performance copywriter: hooks, scripts, angles, messaging
Nice to have: experience scaling brands at a serious level, and time spent inside high-volume, structured creative testing systems.

Full-time, 40 hrs/week — freelance, remote
