CREATIVE DIRECTOR / OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are an exterior cleaning business based in Melbourne, Australia.

Over the next 6 months we intend to scale aggressively and need competent personal running our office operations, software's and socials through the use of AI and automations. Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of video creation, graphic design, AI, Automations, META.

We are looking to add 1-2 individuals who have strong experience with video creation, graphic design, AI, Automations, META to work alongside our current office staff. Applicants MUST be competent and MUST have experience with the following platforms;

1. GO HIGH LEVEL CRM
- Experience with automations, creating triggers, appointment setting, and streamlining all systems

2. SERVICE M8
- Building systems, quotes, templates, automations and integrations.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA / FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM
- Video creation, graphic creation, brand building, posting, automating

4. PAID ADVERTISING (GOOGLE & META)
- Strong understanding of Meta and Google ads. Ability to analyze data, manage and tweak where required.
- ** Please note, ads will be set up in house by me and handed over for management.

5. EMAIL MARKETTING

- Create campaigns using our work, build newsletters using graphics to attract clients and win work.

SALARY

Salary and hours are absolutely negotiable, and payment structure can be discussed based on performance and success.

COMMUNICATION

Applicants with strong English skills both written and spoken will have priority.
