Graphic Design
• Design across a wide range of formats: social assets, digital ads, print collateral, signage,
presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
• Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency
across channels
• Create compelling campaign visuals that communicate clearly to B2B audiences across
government, corporate, retail, and commercial sectors
• Build and manage a library of branded templates for internal and external use
Creative Direction
• Co-leadthe creative vision for campaigns and key marketing moments — from initial concept
through to final delivery
• Art direct photo and video shoots, including briefing photographers and ensuring brand
alignment
• Collaborate with copywriting and strategy to ensure creative and messaging work together
• Review and provide feedback on creative work from third-party suppliers or freelancers where
required
• Contribute ideas proactively — bring creative solutions to briefs, not just executions
Video Production & Editing
• Edit video content for social, digital, and internal use — product highlights, testimonials, event
coverage, and brand storytelling
• Direct the use of motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and light animation to lift production
value
• Source and manage stock footage and music licensing where applicable
• Adapt edits across different formats and platforms (16:9, 9:16, square) for multi-channel use
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership to deliver creative for high-priority
initiatives and campaigns
• Translate complex technical products and services into clear, visually compelling assets
• Manage your own project timelines across multiple concurrent deliverables
• Present and articulate creative decisions clearly to internal stakeholders
