We are looking for a creative and highly organized individual to help elevate our brand presence online through beautiful content, strong storytelling, and consistent execution.
This is a remote role with flexible working hours. We value creativity, initiative, and results over time spent online.

Your Mission
Help establish Aromabotanical as one of the most desirable premium home fragrance brands in the Philippines by creating and coordinating content that inspires customers to bring fragrance, warmth, and style into their homes.

Key Responsibilities
Content Planning
? Develop monthly content calendars
? Plan social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
? Research trends, seasonal themes, and campaign ideas
? Write captions and product-focused content
Brand & Creative Coordination
? Create mood boards and creative concepts
? Ensure all content aligns with the Aromabotanical brand aesthetic
? Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and influencers when needed
? Organize and maintain content libraries
Social Media Management
? Schedule and publish content
? Monitor comments and messages
? Track content performance and provide monthly summaries
? Suggest improvements based on engagement and results
E-Commerce Support
? Improve Shopee and Lazada product presentation
? Assist with product descriptions and visual merchandising
? Coordinate promotional graphics and campaign materials
? Support website content updates when required
Influencer & Creator Outreach
? Identify suitable creators and influencers
? Coordinate product seeding and collaborations
? Track content deliverables and performance

Requirements
? 2+ years experience in social media, content creation, branding, or digital marketing
? Strong visual taste and understanding of premium brands
? Excellent written English communication skills
? Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
? Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
? Passion for lifestyle, home, beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands

Nice to Have
? Experience with luxury, beauty, fragrance, home décor, or lifestyle brands
? Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or similar platforms
? Basic photography, styling, or video editing skills
