We're Hiring:
Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time (or Part-Time for the right candidate)
We're looking for a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who also has a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). If you enjoy improving website performance, increasing conversions, and using analytics to drive decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
? Analyze website user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
? Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across landing pages and websites.
? Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
? Optimize landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and user journeys.
? Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement optimization strategies.
? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable reports.
? Conduct SEO audits and identify technical, on-page, and content optimization opportunities.
? Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
? Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, and page content.
? Ensure websites follow SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals and technical SEO standards.
? Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and CRO best practices.
Requirements
? 2+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Marketing, SEO, or a related role.
? Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and customer behavior.
? Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
? Experience with A/B testing platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, Convert, or similar.
? Solid knowledge of on-page, technical, and content SEO.
? Familiarity with Google Search Console and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Atlas, or Screaming Frog.
? Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience optimizing websites for lead generation or eCommerce.
? Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
? Knowledge of schema markup, page speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
? Experience working with paid advertising landing pages is a plus.
