The Reddit Marketing Agency is looking for full time Content Writers who understand Reddit culture and know how real conversations happen on the platform.

This is not a traditional content writing role. If your experience is exclusively blog and SEO writing, this is probably not for you.

You will be creating posts and comments for real Reddit communities across topics including health, beauty, technology, software, parenting, sleep, consumer products, and ecommerce. We are looking for people who already use Reddit as part of their daily lives and understand what makes content feel authentic, helpful, and interesting.

What you will do
1. Write Reddit posts that encourage discussion and engagement.
2. Write comments that feel natural and match the tone of each community.
3. Research subreddits and understand community rules and expectations.
4. Track conversations and identify opportunities for brands to participate naturally.
5. Work with our team to improve content performance over time.

Requirements
1. You are an active Reddit user.
2. You understand Reddit culture, humour, etiquette, and community norms.
3. You are an excellent English writer.
4. You can adapt your writing style to different communities and audiences.
5. You pay attention to detail and can follow instructions carefully.
6. Previous experience with content writing, community management, social media, or Reddit is preferred but not required.
