Content designer / VA

We’re looking for a creative operator/content designer to help build and scale personal brands in the online business space.

This is not a normal VA role.

You’ll help design:
- Instagram Carousels
- Instagram story sequences
- Content assets
and potentially take on more operative work down the line.

The goal isn’t just to “design posts”.
The goal is to help content convert into attention, trust, and revenue.

We care a lot about:
- Good taste
- Fast execution
- Clear communication
- Effort
- Attention to detail

You do NOT need to be perfect.
But you need to genuinely care about improving.
