Consultant – Cloud & Managed Services

Are you passionate about technology and eager to build a career in cloud consulting? We're looking for a motivated Consultant – Cloud & Managed Services to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with clients, and learning enterprise technologies such as Oracle Primavera, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Microsoft Azure. No prior Oracle Primavera experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Primavera applications.
Gain hands-on experience with OCI, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise cloud environments.
Create technical documentation and contribute to our knowledge base.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and professional development.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Previous customer service experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technologies.
A collaborative, customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with technical support or service desk environments.
Exposure to Oracle Primavera or Oracle Database.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Microsoft Azure.
Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience using service management platforms such as Autotask.
