JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time Construction Project Coordinator to help me manage the back office of my construction business.

This role is for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting daily construction operations. You will help track projects, follow up on crew schedules, organize documents, update QuickBooks, and keep everything moving while I am out in the field.

You will receive updates through WhatsApp messages and voice memos, then turn them into clear tasks and follow-ups. You will also help keep ---------- updated, organize job files, track invoices and expenses in QuickBooks, and prepare simple weekly cash flow or project updates.

I am looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in construction project coordination, construction admin, or back-office support. You must have experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, and document organization.

Spanish is strongly preferred because many of the crew members communicate in Spanish.

Experience with ---------- , SharePoint, OneDrive, or PlanSwift is a plus.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who can work aligned with Central or Mountain Time.
