Construction Manager

Commitment and Location: Full time, 100% Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Construction Manager to
oversee and execute construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate
will be a multifaceted leader who excels in balancing administrative, financial, and technical
duties. Experience in the development of EV charging stations is highly desirable and
considered a significant plus. This role is fully remote, allowing you to manage your projects
and administrative tasks from your preferred location.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling and Planning: Take ownership of the project timeline, ensuring all
phases of construction are scheduled efficiently and executed on time.

Contract Management: Oversee, propose, discuss, and negotiate all contractual
obligations, ensuring compliance and smooth coordination between all involved parties

Progress Invoicing: Review and approve third parties deliverables and associated
invoices

Cost Estimating & Budgeting: Develop accurate project estimates and rigorously
manage budgets to maintain financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

Plan Review and Interpretation: Thoroughly review and interpret architectural and
civil engineering plans to guide construction efforts and ensure technical accuracy and
cost control

Team Leadership: Actively manage and motivate subcontractors, engineers, and
other tea ---------- mbers, fostering a collaborative and highly productive site environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Core Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, adept problem-solving
capabilities, and excellent time management.

Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in using AutoCAD for technical reviews and
Office Suite for day-to-day administrative and project management tasks.

Education: Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:
EV Infrastructure Experience: Direct experience on the development of EV
charging stations is a plus, helping our team navigate the unique challenges of
modern electrical infrastructure.

Certifications: A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is
highly preferred
