Pro Brothers Construction is a growing U.S.-based concrete contractor specializing in foundations, flatwork, slabs, site work, and structural concrete. We work with general contractors and developers on commercial, residential, and industrial projects and are building a strong remote team to support our growth.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Construction Estimator to support our bidding and preconstruction efforts. This is a remote role with long-term potential. You will work closely with ownership and management to deliver accurate, competitive, and well-structured estimates.


Key Responsibilities
Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for concrete scopes (foundations, slabs, site concrete, curbs, footings, etc.)
Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
Identify scope gaps, risks, assumptions, and exclusions
Support apples-to-apples bid comparisons and standardized bid formats
Create and review basic shop drawings, details, or takeoffs using Revit (as required)
Communicate clearly with ownership on pricing and scope
Consistently meet bid deadlines


Required Qualifications
.5+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator
.Strong background in concrete estimating (commercial, residential, and/or industrial)
.Experience using Revit for coordination, and creating shop drawings
.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
.Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
