Cold Email Technical Specialist

We run a fast-growing cold email agency and need a technical specialist who can handle daily setup tasks with speed, accuracy, and reliability.

Your job is to:

- Set up domains for cold email
- Configure DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, custom tracking)
- Create Google Workspace inboxes (we provide SOPs + reseller portal)
- Warm up inboxes and connect them to sending tools
- Build campaign settings inside ManyReach / Instantly / Smartlead
- Upload and format lead lists
- Start new client campaigns & troubleshoot deliverability
- Make small updates to existing campaigns when requested

This is a reliable daily execution role.

If you are fast, organized, and great with tech - you will do very well here.

REQUIREMENTS

You MUST have:

- Experience with DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, MX, TXT records)
- Experience setting up domains for outreach
- Experience managing multiple Google Workspace inboxes
- Experience with cold email tools (ManyReach, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
- Strong English communication
- Fast response time during working hours
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow SOPs exactly

Bonus (not required):

- Experience pulling B2B lead lists (Apollo, Clay, MillionVerifier)
- Experience writing basic spintax (we can train)
