coding Product Manager

I am creating a website that emulates news like outlets such as "morning brew" and need aid in complete coding with aesthetic website development and landing page style integration for the website.

I need a product manager to manage a team of backend and front end engineers as well as a UX/IX designer to control the project and stay up to date on their work and ensure all their portions interact with each other.
