THE ROLE
itsGLO is a residential cleaning company in Toronto, Canada. We clean homes, condos, and move-outs across the city. Our office runs on Toronto hours, which means this role is a night shift in the Philippines.
We are hiring one person to run client communication and daily scheduling. You will be the voice of the company. Almost every client who calls us will speak to you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer inbound calls from clients. Most are people asking for a price on a clean. You will ask what they need, quote them, and book them.
- Reply to texts and
- Adjust the daily schedule as things change. A cleaner calls in sick, a client moves a booking, a job runs long. You sort it out and tell the people affected.
- Handle the occasional upset client. These are rare, roughly once every two weeks, but they matter. You will ask questions, understand the problem, and give the client a clear turnaround time.
- Keep our system up to date so the next person knows what happened.
THE SHIFT
Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM Manila time.
This is a real night shift. It is not a "sometimes late" schedule. If you have not worked overnight before, this role will be difficult, and we would rather you not apply.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of overnight or graveyard shift work. Non-negotiable.
- Contact centre, BPO, dispatch, or service coordination experience. You have spoken to customers on a headset for a living.
- Spoken English that a Canadian homeowner will understand easily and trust. This is the single most important requirement in the role.
- Organized. You can hold ten moving pieces in a day without dropping any.
- Comfortable closing. When a client says "let me think about it," you know that is a lost sale, and you know what to say next.
WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
General virtual assistants, data entry, or admin-only backgrounds. This is a client-facing phone job, not a back-office job. If your profile says "VA" and nothing else, this is not the role for you.
