CFO Associate

We are hiring a highly skilled finance professional to support outsourced CFO functions, with a focus on financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and KPI tracking. This role requires expertise in building and managing 3-statement models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) while providing strategic insights that drive decision-making.

This is a remote position, but you must be available during US Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours and fluent in English for clear and effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Build, maintain, and refine dynamic 3-statement financial models to forecast and evaluate business performance.
    •    Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
    •    Develop and monitor financial dashboards and KPI tracking to measure performance against targets.
    •    Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders and external clients.
    •    Conduct variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
    •    Support cash flow management, fundraising, and capital allocation strategies.
    •    Act as a trusted finance partner, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership and clients.

Qualifications:
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA/MBA preferred.
    •    3–7+ years of experience in outsourced CFO services, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
    •    Proven expertise in 3-statement financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
    •    Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles, valuation methods, and cash flow management.
    •    Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) a plus.
    •    Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
    •    Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with full availability during PST working hours.
