JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Manager to support clients applying for the UK Global Talent Visa, with a focus on the Digital Technology route.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, a strong communicator, and confident managing clients throughout the application process. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and good time management. They must also be comfortable speaking with clients on video calls and keeping cases organised and progressing smoothly.

Previous experience is not required, as full on-the-job training will be provided. However, any previous experience in case management, visa support, client coordination, or document handling will be considered a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client cases throughout the UK Global Talent Visa process
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally by email, chat, and video calls
• Conduct video calls with clients to guide them through the process and answer general questions
• Collect, organise, and review client documents
• Follow up with clients for missing information, updates, and deadlines
• Keep case files accurate, complete, and well organised
• Track each client’s progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Input and update client information in the CRM and case management system at all times
• Coordinate internally with team members working on personal statements, recommendation letters, and supporting evidence
• Support clients in a professional and friendly manner throughout their case journey

Requirements:

• Willing to learn and follow training and internal processes
• Basic confidence using Google Docs, Google Sheets, email, CRM systems, and online tools

Preferred but Not Required:
• Knowledge of the UK Global Talent Visa
• Previous case management or admin experience
• Experience in client support, coordination, document review, or CRM updates
