Call center/Dispatch

Mr. Electric of Waco is looking for an individual who has fantastic english skills and is comfortable with the program Service Titan. The candidates daily tasks will be answering phone calls, gathering customer information and booking jobs onto our dispatch board. This will be the primary task, as time and trust evolves there are a multitude of virtual assitance tasks that can be added to this primary task to fill time and hours.
