Business Process Analyst

Position Summary
The Business Process Analyst (BPA) will document, analyze, improve, and scale the business processes that power ProfitGrid. This role works closely with the Chief AI Architect, Accounting, Product & Development, Customer Success, and Operations Teams to design efficient, scalable workflows and support AI-driven automation.

This is not a traditional reporting or analytics role—it is a process architecture and continuous improvement role.

Key Responsibilities
Document current and future-state business processes
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Develop SOPs, workflow diagrams, and process documentation
Optimize accounting operations, including bookkeeping, month-end close, financial reporting, customer onboarding, and process standardization
Partner with the Chief AI Architect to identify automation opportunities, document AI-enabled workflows, and support AI initiatives
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to translate business requirements into scalable processes
Design and improve customer onboarding, data migration, QBO integration, and operational workflows
Develop KPIs, process controls, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement

Experienced in process mapping, workflow design, and documentation
Comfortable working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
AI-forward and eager to learn new technologies and automation tools
Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence

Experience with L ---------- , Miro, Visio, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar process documentation tools is a plus, but not required.
