We are seeking an energetic, professional Business Development Representative to help introduce our products and services to prospective customers and schedule on-site product demonstrations.

This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage plus an uncapped commission plan.

Position Summary

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, introducing our company and product solutions, conducting professional phone outreach, following up with email communications, and scheduling on-site demonstrations for our sales team.

You will work under the guidance of management while building relationships with decision-makers and helping customers understand how our products can solve real operational challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify qualified prospective customers using company guidelines.
Research target businesses and decision-makers.
Maintain accurate prospect information in our CRM system.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
Phone Outreach
Contact prospective customers by telephone.
Professionally introduce Inland Global Marketing Inc.
Explain the purpose of your call.
Identify customer needs through thoughtful questions.
Build rapport with decision-makers.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations.
Product Presentations
Present the appropriate product based on the customer's industry and operational needs.
Clearly explain product features and practical benefits.
Answer basic product questions.
Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
Communicate the value of automation and robotics in a clear, consultative manner.

Email
Follow-Up
Send professional follow-up emails after initial conversations.
Provide product brochures, flyers, and supporting information.
Maintain communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
Document all interactions within the CRM system.
Appointment Setting
Coordinate calendars with customers and management.
Schedule on-site product demonstrations.
Confirm appointments.
Follow up before and after demonstrations.
Qualifications
Required
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear, professional telephone voice.
Ability to communicate effectively with minimal accent.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking with business executives and decision-makers.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous B2B sales experience.
Business development or appointment-setting experience.
Hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facility experience.
CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferred).

Email

Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
