**Business Development Representative**

Creator.co is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform built for brands that want performance, not just presence. We connect brands with creators across every channel, running campaigns powered by London, our proprietary AI orchestration agent. Our clients include Nike, Best Buy, Walmart, and Pokemon. We're in a high-growth phase and building the team that will take us through Series A and beyond.

The Role**

We're hiring a BDR who is obsessed with pipeline. Not a box-checker. Not a spray-and-pray cold caller. A sharp, tech-native prospector who treats lead generation like a craft and the sales tech stack like a competitive advantage.

You will own the top of the funnel for Creator.co's managed services and self-serve enterprise motion. Your job is to identify the right brands, get them curious, and book qualified meetings for the AE team. You'll work directly with the CEO and marketing team.

What You'll Do

- Build and manage high-quality outbound lead lists targeting mid-market and enterprise brands in verticals including CPG, retail, food and beverage, fitness, and fintech
- Execute multichannel outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and where relevant, video or voice touchpoints
- Run and optimize sequences in ---------- (our primary outbound system) including A/B testing subject lines, copy, and call-to-action variants
- Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay to research, enrich, and prioritize target accounts
- Build smart segmentation across ICP signals: company size, digital ad spend, creator program maturity, recent funding events, and seasonal campaign cycles
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene in Attio; every outreach logged, every signal captured
- Collaborate with marketing on account-based plays and intent-based targeting
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs: accounts researched, sequences launched, meetings booked, pipeline generated

What We're Looking For

- 2 to 5 years in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS, adtech, martech, or creator economy
- Hands-on experience with outbound tech stacks, specifically ---------- , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a CRM (Attio)
- Fluency with Clay or similar data enrichment tools for building precise, signal-rich lead lists
- Strong written communication skills. You know how to write a cold email that gets a reply, not just an open
- A pattern-recognition mindset. You test, measure, and iterate rather than guessing
- High attention to detail on data quality and list hygiene
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where the playbook is being written in real time
- Bonus: familiarity with the influencer marketing or creator economy landscape
