Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Oversee and manage a talented team of developers and designers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Reporting: Provide daily or weekly updates on progress, results, and key performance metrics.
Growth Strategies: Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies for both brands.
Revenue Optimization: Identify new opportunities and propose innovative ideas to increase revenue.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and team management, preferably with exposure to scaling brands through effective advertising campaigns.
Technical & Creative Knowledge: A solid understanding of technical processes to guide developers and a creative vision to inspire designers.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with tea
Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrates a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Independent Decision-Making: Comfortable making strategic decisions to drive growth without constant oversight.
