We are hiring a **Hunter Setter** to help us book qualified sales calls for a fast-growing online fitness coaching brand.

This is **not** a customer service role.
This is **not** a content role.
This is **not** a general VA position.

Your job is to **turn conversations into booked calls**.

You will be speaking to leads through DMs, qualifying them properly, handling follow-ups, and moving the right people toward a call. You must be comfortable working inside a **KPI-driven system** with clear expectations, daily accountability, and performance standards.

## What you will do

* Handle inbound leads, warm leads, and follow-ups through Instagram, Facebook, and other messaging platforms
* Qualify prospects through conversation
* Book qualified calls consistently each week
* Follow a proven SOP and messaging framework
* Send daily reports for DMs, follow-ups, call proposals, and booked calls
* Communicate with the team consistently and respond quickly during shift
* Take feedback, adjust fast, and improve week to week

## This role is for you if:

* You have real experience in **DM appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound outreach**
* You have booked calls before for coaches, agencies, service businesses, or high-ticket offers
* You are comfortable being measured by **KPIs and booked calls**
* You respond fast and do not disappear during shift
* You can follow systems without becoming robotic
* You are coachable and can take direct feedback
* You care about performance, not excuses
* You can work independently and still hit numbers

## This role is NOT for you if:

* You only have customer service or admin experience
* You do not like quotas or pressure
* You need constant supervision to stay productive
* You make excuses when numbers are low
* You take hours to respond during shift
* You are looking for an easy VA job

## Minimum requirements

* At least **1 year of experience** in DM setting, appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales support
* Experience booking calls through DMs
* Clear written English
* Comfortable working with SOPs, audits, screenshots, and weekly reviews
* Reliable internet and work setup
* Able to work your assigned shift consistently

## KPI expectations

This is a performance-driven role.

You will be expected to hit targets such as:

* daily follow-ups
* daily active conversations
* daily call proposals
* weekly booked calls

Exact KPI targets will be discussed during hiring, but this is **not** a low-output position.

## Pay structure

* **$500/month base pay**
* **Commissions based on performance and booked calls**
* Strong performers will have the opportunity to earn more
