Remote I Part-Time (room for growth) I Growth-Focused Role

We're looking for an experienced B2B Content Writer to join our marketing team who excels at turning research, interviews, and industry insights into original, authoritative blog content that educates HR and benefits leaders, strengthens brand awareness, and drives qualified leads to our service pages.

**This is a long-term opportunity. We're looking for someone who wants to become an extension of our marketing team and grow with us over time.

What we're looking for in our next content writer:
• 3+ years of experience writing B2B marketing content.
• Exceptional written English and attention to detail.
• Experience writing for executive audiences.
• A strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (experience with AEO is a plus).
• The ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
• Experience using tools like, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, or similar.
• Bonus points for experience writing in AP Style.

What we’re not looking for:
Content writers that embrace credible research, original insights, and thoughtful analysis. If your process is simply prompting AI and making light edits, this role probably isn't the right fit.

What you'll be doing:
• Writing original, data-backed, well-researched blog posts each month for executive audiences, primarily HR and benefits leaders in both healthcare and corporate organizations.
• Update and optimize existing blog posts each month to improve SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), readability, and lead generation performance.
• Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing titles, headings, meta descriptions, internal links, image alt text, and calls to action.
• Format content for featured snippets, AI Overviews, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) by writing clear headings, FAQs, concise answers, and scannable content.
• Source high-quality, educational stock photography that enhances the reader experience and supports each article.
• You should be comfortable using AI tools to enhance your workflow while recognizing their limitations. We value writers who use AI to work smarter, not to replace original research, strategic thinking, and high-quality writing.
