Assistant Project Manager

About Us

Powerluxe Roofing is a fast-growing roofing and insurance restoration company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to help coordinate roofing projects from contract to completion.

The ideal candidate already has experience working for a roofing or restoration company and understands the insurance restoration process.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule roofing installations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades.
- Schedule crews, inspections, material deliveries, and homeowners.
- Keep projects organized inside AccuLynx.
- Monitor project timelines and job progress.
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Review insurance estimates to understand approved scopes of work.
- Understand insurance funding allocated for roofing and other trades.
- Help negotiate trade pricing when necessary.
- Work closely with our estimators and production team to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

Required:
- Experience working for a roofing or restoration company.
- Experience using AccuLynx CRM.
- Strong understanding of the Texas insurance claims process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and dependable.

Preferred:
- Ability to read and understand Xactimate estimates.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors.
- Understanding of roofing production.
- Experience with insurance-funded restoration projects.
- Familiarity with permit scheduling and inspections.
