Appointment Setters (Remote)

Smart Roofs Solar is looking for motivated and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our growing team! If you have at least 1 year of outbound cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
•Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using company-provided leads.
•Engage prospects in professional and friendly conversations.
•Qualify potential customers based on established criteria.
•Schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants.
•Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in our CRM.
•Consistently achieve daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
•Represent Smart Roofs Solar with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
•Minimum of 1 year of outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience (required).
•Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
•Confident, persuasive, and resilient on the phone.
•Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills.
•Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup.
•Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.
•Experience in the solar, home improvement, roofing, insurance, or home services industry is a plus, but not required.
