Appointment Setter & Lead Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role

We run Meta ad campaigns that generate leads for service businesses across the US, Your job is to be the first voice those leads hear. You will call new leads quickly, qualify them, and get them booked into our clients' calendars, then confirm those appointments so they actually show up.

Speed and a friendly, confident phone manner matter more than anything else here. When a lead comes in, we need someone who picks up the phone right away and turns interest into a booked job.


What You'll Do

Call inbound leads fast (often within minutes of them coming in)
Qualify leads with a simple set of questions to make sure they're a good fit
Book qualified leads directly into the client's calendar
Confirm upcoming appointments so no-shows stay low
Follow up with leads who don't answer the first time
Keep every lead updated and organized inside Go High Level Send appointment reminders and reschedule when needed
Report on daily activity (calls made, appointments booked, confirmations)

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English with a clear, natural, easy-to-understand accent
Comfortable and confident on the phone, able to build rapport quickly
Experience with Go High Level (GHL) for managing leads and calendars
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls Organized, on time, and able to follow a booking process consistently
Self-motivated and able to hit daily call and booking targets

Nice to Have

Experience in home services, trades, or garage door / contractor businesses
Background in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead management Familiarity with dialers, call tracking, or CRM automations
