Responsibilities:
Make outbound check-in and prospecting calls to real estate agents.
Follow our call scripts and CRM workflows.
Answer inbound calls and text messages during business hours.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Warm transfer sales opportunities to me when needed.
Update our CRM after every conversation.
Follow up with leads until they book or decline.
Assist with basic administrative tasks during slower periods.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent.
Friendly, confident, and personable on the phone.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Teachable and willing to follow our systems.
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Experience with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
Sales or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not mandatory if they have a great attitude.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time
Saturday: Half day (flexible, primarily follow-ups and answering messages)
Sunday: Off
Compensation:
Starting salary around $1,000 USD/month, paid $500 every two weeks.
Plus commission and performance bonuses for appointments booked and revenue generated. I want the commission structure to reward top performers so they have the opportunity to earn well above their base salary.
More than anything, I’m looking for someone who’s coachable, reliable, and enjoys talking to people. I can teach the real estate side—we just need someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and the desire to improve.
