Appointment Setter – Life Insurance | Full-Time Through July 31st, Then Part-Time
About the Role
We're hiring a driven, reliable appointment setter to start immediately. This is a remote contract role, full-time (8 hrs/day) through July 31st, with the opportunity to transition to part-time afterward for top performers.
No insurance experience needed — we'll train you on the script, the system, and how to handle objections. If you're a confident phone communicator who thrives on hitting numbers, this is for you.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to leads using a proven script via DialPad
Hand-dial leads daily at high volume with consistency and professionalism
Handle common objections using our training and rebuttal guides
Log and upload appointments accurately into our CRM and Calendly
Keep clean, accurate daily call records
What We're Looking For
Fluent English speaker with a clear, professional phone presence
Comfortable hand-dialing and working inside DialPad
Strong data entry skills — accurate, fast, and detail-oriented when logging calls and appointments
Experience with CRM data entry and scheduling tools (Calendly a plus)
Able to follow a script while still sounding natural and confident
Cool under pressure — handles objections without escalating
Must be available to work USA hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Arizona Time (MST), 7 days/week, starting immediately through July 31st
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Self-motivated with sharp attention to detail
Nice to Have
Background in life insurance or financial services outbound calling
Prior appointment-setting experience in a sales environment
Compensation
$5–7 per hour, plus bonuses for appointments that show up. High performers have real earning upside beyond the base rate.
