We're hiring an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to join our remote team. You'll take ownership of paid advertising strategies across multiple Amazon accounts — optimizing campaigns, driving down ACOS, and scaling revenue for a diverse portfolio of brands. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly affect client results. If you've cut your teeth in an agency, juggled multiple accounts at once, and know Amazon Ads inside and out, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across multiple client accounts simultaneously
Build campaign structures from scratch for new product launches and restructure underperforming accounts
Conduct in-depth keyword research, search term analysis, and ongoing negative keyword management
Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to meet client-specific ACOS and ROAS targets
Produce clear, client-ready performance reports with actionable insights on a weekly and monthly basis
Identify growth opportunities across accounts — new keywords, ad types, and audience segments
Collaborate with the content and design teams to align creatives with paid campaign strategies
Stay current with Amazon Ads updates, algorithm changes, and new ad product releases
Communicate campaign progress and strategy clearly to internal team leads and clients
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with a proven track record of improving campaign performance
Prior agency experience is required — you must have managed multiple client accounts at the same time
Deep proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central advertising dashboards
Strong command of all Amazon ad types: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Solid understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and how to align them with client margin goals
Experience with bulk operations, search term reports, and placement reports
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and act on them quickly
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong written communication skills for reporting and client-facing updates
Nice to Have:
Experience with PPC management tools such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Helium 10, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Amazon DSP or off-platform advertising strategies
Understanding of Amazon SEO and how organic ranking and paid advertising work together
Experience working with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads as supplementary channels
Exposure to Amazon Brand Analytics and third-party reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio)
Compensation & Schedule:
Monthly salary: $800
Full-time · Remote
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Fixed hours: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM PST (required overlap with the team)
Flexible hours: Remaining hours of the shift are self-managed and flexible
Setup: Fully remote — work from anywhere
