Maintain accurate campaign naming conventions and account structures per agency standards

Monitoring and pacing
Run daily budget pacing checks across assigned accounts and flag/adjust for overspend or underspend risks
Monitor account health, disapproved ads, and out-of-budget campaigns and escalate promptly
Track performance against ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR targets and highlight anomalies
Flag ASINs with declining conversion or traffic trends
Flag pricing changes affecting conversion and suppressed listings causing ads not to deliver

Reporting and administration
Prepare weekly performance snapshots and monthly reporting inputs for the Account Manager to review
Keep client dashboards, trackers, and data pulls accurate and up to date
Document work in the WOS with clear status updates and turnaround estimates
Track time to complete tasks with the WOS

Communicate proactively and asynchronously across time zones

Requirements
3 to 5 years of hands-on PPC experience, with meaningful time spent inside Amazon Ads consoles
Solid working knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaign types
Fluent understanding of core marketplace metrics including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and impression share, and what movements in each actually mean
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for bulk file work, data pulls, and reporting
High attention to detail and accuracy when making changes in live client accounts
Fluent written English and reliable, responsive async communication
Reliable remote setup and availability with meaningful overlap with US working hours
Comfortable taking direction, following SOPs, and asking questions early rather than guessing

Nice to have

Experience with Scale Insights or similar PPC automation and analytics tools
Agency experience managing multiple client accounts in parallel
Exposure to DSP campaigns
Experience with bulk operations files and large-scale campaign restructures

Success Measures
Accuracy in live account changes such as wrong bids, budgets, or targeting
Pacing: daily budget checks completed on schedule with issues flagged same day
Reporting: weekly snapshots delivered on time and requiring minimal rework
Independence: routine optimisation tasks executed to brief without repeated correction.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently after onboarding

Semi-flexible work hours
