JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring (2) Amazon Influencer Operations & Content VA to support fast-growing content creators and online entrepreneurs as they scale their businesses and expand their teams.

This is more than a typical VA role. You'll play a key part in content management, community engagement, brand outreach, and day-to-day business operations. From organizing content and supporting brand collaborations to helping streamline workflows, you'll work directly with creators to help their businesses grow.

Successful candidates will complete a paid 40-hour training program ($125 USD).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsibilities:
- Manage, edit, and organize content across various platforms
- Schedule and publish content on social media channels
- Assist with content repurposing and basic video editing
- Create and update simple graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets
- Monitor and moderate online communities, groups, and audience engagement
- Conduct brand outreach and maintain communications with potential partners and collaborators
- Track collaboration opportunities and maintain outreach records
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and operational trackers
- Organize files, documents, and digital assets
- Follow documented processes and help improve workflows
- Communicate proactively with creators to identify challenges and suggest solutions related to content, editing, brand partnerships, and business operations
- Support administrative and operational initiatives as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
- 2+ years of experience working remotely with clients in content coordination, social media management, administrative support, or other creator-focused support roles
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable communicating professionally with brands, partners, community members, and business contacts
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Experience with content scheduling and content management
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Experience using Canva and a basic understanding of graphic design principles
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Professional remote work setup

Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting content creators, influencers, or online businesses
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or e-commerce
- Experience with community management or online group facilitation
- Experience with brand outreach or partnership coordination
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion
- Familiarity with Amazon Influencer Program operations


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- $400-$700 USD/month, depending on experience, skills, and placement
- Compensation and benefits are subject to change based on the outcome of the client interview and the specific requirements of the role
- Paid 40-hour training program ($125 USD)
- 13th Month Pay (pro-rated if hired mid-year)
- Annual merit raises and performance-based bonuses
- PTO days, and paid Philippine Regular Holidays
- Full-time (40 hours/week), renewable contract
- Monday- Friday, flexible working hours with at least 1-2 hours of overlap during US business hours
