JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing U.S.-based beauty products e-commerce business.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple brands and seller accounts while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Store Management
- Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Support multiple Amazon stores, brands, and seller accounts
- Monitor account health and assist with issue resolution
- Ensure stores are operating efficiently and in compliance with Amazon policies

Customer Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Handle returns, refunds, complaints, and order-related concerns
- Monitor and manage customer messages daily
- Deliver exceptional customer support to maintain high satisfaction ratings

Inventory & Operations
- Track inventory levels and coordinate stock updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor operational performance and identify potential issues before they escalate

Reporting & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and store activities
- Prepare reports related to customer service, inventory, and store performance
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations

Qualifications
- Proven experience using Amazon Seller Central
- Experience handling:
*Customer inquiries
*Returns and refunds
*Customer complaints
*Order management

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands, stores, and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools
