Amazon A2A sourcing

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Amazon FBA Product Sourcing VA to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Amazon-to-Amazon (A2A) sourcing, EU A2A, online arbitrage, and advanced Keepa product research. We are looking for someone who can consistently find genuine, profitable opportunities rather than simply submitting large numbers of low-quality leads.

Required Sourcing Experience

You must have hands-on experience with:

Amazon-to-Amazon (A2A) sourcing
EU A2A and cross-marketplace sourcing
Today's Deals and Lightning Deals sourcing methods
Online Arbitrage (OA)
Keepa Product Finder
Keepa reverse sourcing
Advanced Keepa analysis
Amazon Business deals and quantity discounts
Identifying price drops, price discrepancies, stockouts and temporary opportunities
Sourcing products across Amazon UK and European marketplaces
Required Tools

You should be highly proficient with:

Keepa
SellerAmp SAS
Amazon Seller Central
Other relevant Amazon FBA sourcing and analysis tools
Product Analysis Requirements

Every product must be properly analysed before being submitted. You should be comfortable checking:

Net profit
ROI
Amazon fees
Buy Box history
Historical pricing
Sales rank and sales velocity
Number of sellers
Amazon presence and stock levels
Price stability
Competition
Potential restrictions or listing issues

Our target is generally 20%+ ROI, although the quality and sustainability of the opportunity are more important than blindly meeting a specific ROI target.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon FBA sourcing experience
Proven experience sourcing for the UK and/or EU marketplaces
Strong knowledge of A2A, EU A2A and Online Arbitrage
Advanced Keepa knowledge
Experience using SellerAmp SAS
Strong understanding of Amazon FBA fees and profitability
Ability to find high-quality, profitable products consistently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet daily sourcing targets
Good communication skills

We are particularly interested in VAs who have experience finding high-ticket products, strong-margin opportunities and less obvious sourcing opportunities through A2A, EU A2A, Today's Deals and advanced Keepa research.
