airsoft ecommerce customer support admin role

we are an online airsoft store serving customers across the UK for 15 years. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality airsoft guns, accessories, As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented remote assistant to join our team and help support our daily operations.

Familiarity with airsoft products or hobbies is a plus but not essential.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer emails in a friendly and professional tone
- Assisting with basic admin tasks and order processing
- Collaborating with and assisting with AI tools like ChatGPT
- Taking customer phone calls (good spoken English required)
- General virtual assistant duties as needed
- Listing new products on our website and online marketplaces
- Preferred Skills & Experience (Not Essential but a Bonus):
- Previous experience with eCommerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or BigCommerce
- Knowledge of SEO or online product listings optimisation
- Photoshop or image editing experience
- Familiarity with airsoft products or hobby is a plus
- Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with customer service, especially in retail or eCommerce
