We run an AI + ops agency for high-ticket coaching, info-product, and agency businesses. We build the automations, dashboards, CRMs, and systems these companies run on — and we run their day-to-day ops. Small team, high standards, AI woven into everything we do.
THE ROLE
We're hiring an all-round right hand to take the day-to-day off the founders' plates. Too many client tasks, project tasks, and admin land on us — and that stops us doing the one thing that grows the business: signing and scaling clients. Your job is to absorb that work and run it well.

This is a role we'll train you into. You won't need to know everything on day one — you need to be sharp, hungry, genuinely good with AI, and quick to learn. We'll teach you our systems and hand you more responsibility (and pay) as you prove out. If you want to level up fast working directly under two founders, this is that seat.

You'll work under Callum and Luca. Loom briefs, written docs, and Slack come in; finished, quality-checked work goes out. You won't be micromanaged — you'll be trusted to take a task, use AI to figure it out, and get it done, asking sharp questions only when you genuinely need direction. Think of yourself as an operator with an AI team behind you, not a task-taker.

To start, we'll focus you on a few task types with clear Looms and grow your scope from there.
WHAT YOU'LL DO (and grow into)
Client operations (take the load off us)
Run recurring client tasks and delivery checklists end-to-end
Keep CRMs, dashboards, and trackers accurate and up to date (Airtable, Google Sheets, GoHighLevel)
Inbox triage, follow-ups, and status updates so nothing slips
Flag issues before anyone has to chase — proactive, not reactive
AI-powered execution
Use Claude / ChatGPT as your first stop for problem-solving, drafting, and research
Quality-check and polish AI output — AI does the groundwork, you direct and refine
Spot manual work that can be automated, then (with training) build it
Automations & systems (we'll level you up here)
Learn to build and maintain automations in ---------- , Zapier, and/or n8n across client accounts
Learn GoHighLevel workflows, campaigns, and pipelines
Connect data between Airtable, Google Sheets, CRMs, and Slack
Help troubleshoot broken workflows and restore them
Projects & founder support
Support Callum's and Luca's own projects — research, admin, prep, whatever moves them forward
Prep docs, decks, briefs, and reports
Own small projects start-to-finish once you've earned the rope
Process & communication
Log every task with a clear record of what you did (Notion)
Daily Slack updates: progress, blockers, completed work — clear and on time

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and spoken English — non-negotiable
Genuinely good with AI — you already use Claude/ChatGPT and can show us how
Fast learner with a strong operational mindset — you want to understand why, not just tick boxes
Organised, reliable, and proactive — you never leave people guessing
Comfortable working autonomously from Loom briefs and written docs
Reliable computer, fast internet (working 95% of the time)
Able to work part-time overlapping UK business hours
Big plus (not required — we'll train)
Any experience with automations (Make / Zapier / n8n) or GoHighLevel
Experience with Claude Code or AI coding assistants
Knowledge of the coaching / agency / info-product space
