The Role
We're looking for an AI-Native Staff Full-Stack Engineer — a senior engineer who designs, plans, architects, reviews, and ships high-quality software fast by pairing deep engineering judgment with modern AI coding agents.

This isn't an "AI dabbler" role. You'll be a primary driver of how our team builds software: you architect systems and document the decisions behind them, you set and enforce our code review and quality bar, you own and evolve our CI/CD pipeline, and you curate the AI-assisted development workflows — prompts, agent playbooks, and review checkpoints — that let a small team ship like a much larger one, without sacrificing rigor.

What you'll own
Architecture & technical direction. Make and document key architectural decisions for our production application, and keep the codebase coherent as it grows.
Curating AI-assisted development workflows. Design and maintain the playbooks, prompts, and multi-step agent pipelines that our team uses to work alongside AI coding agents — including orchestrating longer-running, semi-autonomous agent runs and continuously improving how reliably those agents are steered and checked.
Code review & quality standards. Review code from both humans and AI agents with equal rigor. Verify before trusting. Set the bar for what "correct" and "done" mean on this team.
CI/CD ownership. Build and maintain a layered, efficient CI/CD pipeline — smart test selection, fast feedback loops, and reproducible dev/test environments — that keeps releases safe without slowing the team down.
Design & product conformance. Bring strong UI/UX judgment to reviews, and help maintain automated checks that keep our interface consistent with our design system.
Planning. Turn issues, specs, and product asks into clear, executable implementation plans that both engineers and AI agents can follow reliably.

What we're looking for
Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent formal training in core CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, systems design). This role leans hard on fundamentals, and we screen for them directly.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong system design / architecture skills, and a track record of technical decision-making you can speak to in depth.
Solid CI/CD and test-automation experience.
A rigorous, evidence-based approach to code review.
Demonstrated, hands-on success shipping real work with AI coding agents/LLMs — this is a genuine requirement, not a nice-to-have. We want to see what you've actually built with them, not just that you've tried them.
Good design sensibility — a real eye for clean, usable UI/UX, beyond "does it work."
Professional-level written and verbal English — you'll communicate constantly with a fully-remote, English-speaking team.
A reliable remote work setup: stable high-speed internet and a performant workspace where you can do focused, uninterrupted, fast work.

Core stack (you should be comfortable working in these daily):

Python, Vue, TypeScript, and Cypress for automated UI testing.
Claude Code as our primary AI coding agent tooling. You don't need prior experience with Claude Code specifically, but you should already be fluent with some modern AI coding agent and ready to become an expert in ours quickly.

A strong plus:

Experience with the Frappe Framework — genuinely valuable, but not required. We'll get you up to speed.
