Full-time, long-term remote role. Philippines only.

Compensation
PHP 50,000–70,000/month, depending on experience and fit, plus performance-based bonuses as
the business grows.
This role starts with a 60-day trial period. Compensation and responsibilities can grow if the fit is
strong.

Working Hours
Full-time. We are flexible on the exact schedule, but you must be able to work 8 hours somewhere
between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

Job Description
We are starting a new software business focused on building practical AI-powered tools for trades
businesses.
The business is early-stage and pre-revenue, so we are looking for someone resourceful, technical, honest, and comfortable building from the ground up.
This is not a basic VA role and not a pure coding role. We are looking for a full-time AI builder and support lead who can use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Zapier to create useful workflows, test them carefully, document them clearly, and eventually help support customers.
You do not need to be a software developer. Coding is not required. But you must be comfortable with AI
tools, automations, troubleshooting, and learning new systems quickly.

What You’ll Do
Build AI workflows and automations using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Google Workspace, and
similar tools.
Turn messy business problems into simple workflows.
Test automations carefully and make sure they actually work.
Write prompts and improve AI outputs.
Document systems, SOPs, and customer instructions.
Help troubleshoot customer issues once we launch.
Create short Loom-style walkthrough videos when helpful.
Work directly with the founders to build and improve the business.

Required Skills
Required: - Strong English writing and communication. - Strong experience using ChatGPT and/or
Claude. - Familiarity with Zapier. - Comfortable learning new AI tools and automation tools. - Strong
problem-solving ability. - Detail-oriented testing mindset. - Ability to explain technical issues simply. -
Reliable internet and reliable work habits. - Comfortable working in an early-stage startup.
Nice to have: - Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or CRM automation experience. - Experience
with customer support. - Experience making Loom videos or help docs. - Experience with trades, home
service, construction, or contractor businesses. - Basic API/webhook familiarity.
