Affiliate & Creator Monetization Manager

Rate: Project-based (with potential for ongoing work)

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate & Creator Monetization Assistant to help build and optimize our affiliate ecosystem for a growing personal brand.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands creator monetization and can take initiative. I have plenty of ideas, but I need someone who can recommend the best platforms, tools, and strategies—not just complete assigned tasks.
You'll help set up and manage our affiliate systems, including Amazon Storefront, Shopify affiliates, link-in-bio pages, and any other platforms that can help maximize affiliate revenue.

Responsibilities:
-Set up and optimize Amazon Storefront/Amazon Associates
- Set up affiliate programs and links (Shopify, Amazon, and other platforms)
- Create and organize a central link hub (Linktree, Beacons, Stan Store, etc.)
- Organize all affiliate links for easy management
- Recommend the best tools, platforms, and monetization opportunities
- Continuously suggest improvements to increase affiliate revenue and simplify workflows

Requirements:
- Proven experience with affiliate marketing and creator monetization
- Experience setting up Amazon Storefront/Amazon Associates
- Familiarity with Linktree, Beacons, Stan Store, or similar platforms
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable making recommendations and working with minimal guidance
