JOB OVERVIEW

Work Arrangement: Remote

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Administrative Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day administrative and customer support functions of our expanding exterior renovation company. This is a long-term position suited for a dependable professional who excels at staying organized and efficiently handling a variety of responsibilities.

In this role, you will manage incoming customer phone calls, coordinate and confirm appointments, communicate with homeowners regarding ongoing projects, process roof warranty registrations, submit permit applications when necessary, record customer payments, and maintain accurate financial documentation. Additional responsibilities include organizing project photos and digital records, overseeing internal task management, researching and arranging local homeowner events for marketing initiatives, and providing general administrative assistance whenever required.

Applicants should be available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong customer support experience, accurate data entry abilities, a dependable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet home office are essential. Experience using CRM platforms or supporting service-based companies is considered an advantage.
