We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative support and marketing coordination, with approximately 70% of the role focused on marketing activities and 30% on administration.

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and execute the company's marketing initiatives while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of business activities and events. This role is responsible for managing marketing campaigns, CRM systems, content creation, and digital marketing activities, while also supporting event coordination, administrative processes, stakeholder communication, and operational tasks. The Administration & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and that administrative functions are managed efficiently to support the company's strategic and operational objectives.

This role is responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives from start to finish.
2. Managing and optimising the company's CRM system and marketing automation processes
3. Creating compelling content across multiple channels including emails, blogs, and social media.
4. Assisting with SEO, analytics, and marketing reporting to improve campaign performance.
5. Coordinating company events and activities from planning through to completion.
6. Providing administrative support including documentation, scheduling, record management, and stakeholder communication.
7. Supporting continuous improvement of marketing and administrative processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Marketing Coordination
• Set up, manage, and maintain the CRM system for marketing and sales purposes.
• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) using CRM and email platforms.
• Write engaging copy for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Optimise content for SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Assist with creating marketing graphics, layouts, and visual content where needed.
• Build and manage CRM automations to streamline marketing workflows and client engagement.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and independently drive initiatives to completion.
• Undertake general admin tasks to assist the wider team during low marketing periods.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, assets, and campaigns.

Administration & Event Coordination
• Coordinate company events, workshops, classes, and promotional activities from planning through to completion.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and key business activities.
• Provide professional and timely communication with clients, partners, suppliers, and event attendees.
• Support reporting, data entry, and administrative projects as required.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as directed by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics.
• Experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting ability.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace cloud-based tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is desirable.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is ideal.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new digital tools.
• Professional attitude and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
