JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Admin Assistant to support a growing logistics company based in Toronto, Canada.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the logistics industry and is comfortable handling fast-paced communication, administrative support, and day-to-day coordination tasks.

This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to respond to inbound and outbound inquiries with urgency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize email inboxes
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via Slack and email
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support day-to-day workflow and team communication

Requirements:

- At least 6–12 months experience working in the logistics industry
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with email management and administrative support
- Comfortable using Slack and responding with urgency
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
