ABA Session Notes Auditor with CentralReach Experience

We are hiring an experienced ABA professional to review and audit therapy session notes for accuracy, compliance, and quality control.

This role is for someone who has direct experience working with US based ABA clinics and understands documentation standards for insurance and Medicaid billing.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis ABA
Experience reviewing or auditing ABA session notes
Strong understanding of insurance compliant documentation
CentralReach software experience is required
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written English skills

Responsibilities

Review therapist session notes for accuracy and completeness
Ensure documentation meets payer and insurance standards
Flag inconsistencies or missing data
Communicate feedback clearly to clinical team
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Full time. Mon- Fri 9am-5pm EST
$4-6 USD per hour, depending on the level of experience
