# AI Content Creator (Video) — Full-Time Virtual Assistant

## About the Role

We run a high-volume short-form video operation, producing AI avatar content daily for Facebook and Instagram. We're looking for a skilled, reliable content creator who can take a script and turn it into a finished, polished video using AI tools — and do it fast, consistently, and at scale.

This is not a "learn on the job" role. We need someone who already knows their way around AI video and voice tools and can hit the ground running.

## What You'll Be Doing

- Producing short-form videos from provided scripts using AI avatar and video tools
- Generating AI avatars, voiceovers, and b-roll/visuals
- Editing and assembling final videos (cuts, captions, pacing, music)
- Maintaining character and brand consistency across content
- Hitting daily output targets without sacrificing quality
- Organizing assets and following established production workflows

## Tools You Should Know

- **Google Flow** (video generation)
- **HeyGen** (AI avatars)
- **ElevenLabs** (AI voice / voiceovers)
- **CapCut** (editing) — a plus

If you've used similar tools (Veo, Higgsfield, etc.), mention it.

## Requirements

- **Proven experience** creating AI-generated video content (please show examples)
- Comfortable with AI video, avatar, and voice tools
- Fast, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Strong reliability and communication
- Available **full-time**
- Stable internet and a computer capable of running editing software

## Compensation

- **$400–$600/month**, depending on experience
- Long-term role with room to grow as we scale
